Hot Rod Heaven

I went to the largest car show in North America this weekend in Louisville, Kentucky. There were about 13,000 exotic cars, and to be honest it was visual overload. The cars were outrageous on every level, and the colors were intense. It was like eye candy. One of my favorites was this 1930 Ford custom hot rod. It is one of the most imaginative cars I've seen, and that huge engine has a remarkable 1300 horsepower!

I though it deserved a special background, so I used one of the long corridors at the Chicago airport to place behind the car, and I used the Photoshop plug-in filter 'Flood' (made by flamingpear.com) for the water reflection. It took about 15 minutes to cut around the car using the pen tool, but it was worth the effort to make it perfect.
